Artwaller ("we", "us") provides on-device wallpaper generation, a curated cloud collection, optional accounts, entitlement sync, App Clip experiences, and purchase features. This policy explains the data processed to provide those features and the choices available to you.

1. Information we process

Account information — when you register or sign in, we process identifiers such as your email address, user ID, login verification state, and authentication tokens. Apple may provide a name or relay email according to your Apple settings.
Device and anonymous identifiers — random identifiers support anonymous credits, purchase continuation, fraud prevention, and handoff between the App Clip and the full app.
Content and entitlement data — favorites, unlocked wallpapers, credit balances, purchase status, order references, and idempotency identifiers needed to preserve your access.
Marketing attribution and usage events — campaign and click parameters may be processed for attribution. Optional analytics events are sent only after you make the analytics choice presented in the app.
Diagnostics — app, OS, network, error, and request diagnostics may be uploaded when you explicitly confirm a diagnostic report.
Payment information — payment providers process your payment method. We may receive transaction identifiers, status, amount, currency, receipt email, and a provider credential needed for an auto-reload feature you explicitly enable. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.
Technical request data — IP address, device/browser type, timestamps, and security logs are processed to deliver and protect the service.

Add to Photos access is requested only when you save a wallpaper. Artwaller does not read your existing photo library through this permission.

2. How we use information

Provide accounts, wallpapers, credits, purchases, entitlement sync, and App Clip handoff.
Process payments, deliver receipts, and perform an automatic credit reload only when you separately enable and authorize that feature.
Prevent fraud, secure accounts and APIs, diagnose failures, and respond to support requests.
Measure product and campaign performance when the applicable consent and platform rules permit it.
Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

3. Service providers

We use hosting, security, payment, analytics, and customer-support providers only as needed for the purposes above. Payment providers handle card details under their own privacy terms. We do not sell personal information and do not use collected data for cross-app tracking.

4. Data retention

Account, purchase, credit, entitlement, security, and legal records are retained only as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Local identifiers remain until app/browser storage is cleared. Diagnostic records follow operational retention controls.

5. Your choices & rights

You can use browsing features without an account, decline optional analytics, disable auto-reload, and request access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal, or account deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained where law or fraud prevention requires it.

6. Children

Artwaller is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. International processing

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries, subject to applicable safeguards and legal requirements.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be disclosed through the service, and the date above identifies the current version.
