Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Artwaller — the website at wallura.net, the App Clip, and the Artwaller app (the "Service"). By using the Service or purchasing credits, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Artwaller provides wallpapers that are generated on your device, together with a curated cloud collection. Some premium and live wallpapers may require credits to unlock. You may browse without an account; an account may be required to sync purchases, credits, and unlocks across devices.

2. Credits & purchases

Credits are a prepaid, limited license to unlock content within the Service. They have no cash value and are not transferable outside the Service.
Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and are authoritative on our server.
Purchases are one-time (not a subscription). Credits do not expire while the Service remains available.
Because credits are delivered digitally and immediately, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly granted by us at our discretion (e.g. a clear billing error or non-delivery).

2.1 Auto-reload

When you enable the auto-reload feature, your authorized payment method will be automatically charged to purchase credits when your balance is insufficient. The following rules apply:

Authorization & Charges: When enabling auto-reload, you authorize a payment method (via Stripe). The charge amount matches the credit tier you selected when enabling the feature.
Trigger Condition: Auto-reload only triggers when your credit balance is insufficient to complete the current action. No charges occur when your balance is sufficient.
Not a Subscription: Auto-reload is not a subscription service. No recurring periodic charges apply. Charges only occur on an as-needed basis when your credit balance is insufficient.
Disable Anytime: You may disable auto-reload at any time in the App. Once disabled, no further automatic charges will occur.
Charge Records: Each auto-reload transaction generates a purchase receipt sent to your email.
Refunds: Credits purchased via auto-reload follow the same refund policy as regular credit purchases.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by the payment provider shown at checkout. You must provide accurate payment and contact information. We do not store full card numbers or CVV. Receipts and transaction notices are delivered using the contact information you provide.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: reverse engineering or circumventing credit/payment controls; automated or fraudulent purchases; reselling content; or using the Service in violation of any law.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, designs, and wallpaper content are owned by Artwaller or its licensors. Wallpapers you unlock are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use on your own devices. You may not redistribute, resell, or claim ownership of them.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artwaller shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or discontinue the Service, or any feature, at any time. If we permanently discontinue paid features, we shall provide a full refund to users for all recently purchased, unused credits.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.

10. Governing law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HK.
